An idea born out of resilient frustration, this project was built to steer Krauskopf’s practice in a fresh direction. Having toiled away for countless years studying and executing all manners of mixed-drawing-media, The Chronicles were a way to utilize those accumulated skills and combine them with a an unpracticed one: writing.
Each week in 2022, the artist set to originating a short work of prose and a complimenting illustration. The result? 52 works of art and short stories as eclectic in ideas, persistence, and hope as the artist himself. Read them all and find your favorite here
